Credit and Collections Associate
Pay: $17 hourly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Service Inbound Department calls:
Release Codes for accounts with zero balance
Logging call in activity log
Maintain department inboxes by servicing invoices, statement, open balance and billing requests
Resolve customer portal issues by troubleshoot basic user error
Activate or reset accounts in customer portal as requested
Organize, sort and distribute department mail
Open & Review and sort mail
Customer Audit Request (pulling necessary documents as requested by customer)
Logging customer account number on mail & attaching to customer account/activity log
Monthly billing customer portals:
Uploading invoices and credits into customer s portal
Manually sending customer open invoices-monthly
Maintain accurate customer files, keep track of name and address changes
Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential
Skills and Specifications Required:
3+ years in Customer Service or Administrative Assistant or combination of both
Related degree a plus or equivalent work experience with a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Required.
Must have basic computer knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot common user errors.
Must have the ability to multi-task and manage high volume emails & calls (30 to 40 calls daily and manager 3000 accounts)
