Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Process customer orders, returns, and account updates efficiently and accurately.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company database
• Stay informed on company updates, promotions, and new products to provide up-to-date information.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements
• Customer service experience in a call center, retail, or related environment required.
• Gain valuable experience in customer communication, issue resolution, and teamwork.
• Available for day or night shift, including weekends or holidays if needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
