We currently have an open assignment for Data Entry Clerks for a Cable Manufacturing Company in Tampa, FL. We offer great benefits - vacation and holiday pay, along with healthcare benefits and 401K! There is also a potential for bonuses!
This is a Temp to Hire Position! Position available for 1st Shift but must have open availability.
Pay Rate: $12 per hour, overtime required plus great benefits
Shift Times: 8 AM 5: 00 PM, some overtime and Saturday s required
The right candidate will start out in data entry so they can become familiar with the company and products, but will eventually transition into inside sales.
This role will be taking on, but not limited to the following functions within the inside sales team
Maintain and Develop the Integrity of all Data related to customer records.
Set up new customers in Computer System.
Entering and approving Opening Orders into the system as they come in.
Regularly update all data as needed.
Place orders for new launches.
Assist with items that need Mass Mailing.
Extremely computer savvy, proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
Typing 50 60 WPM Working with deadlines
Working within a group
Attention to detail, Dependability, Thoroughness are a must.
Must be able to remain in the seated, stationary position throughout work day
Must have reliable transportation.
