Pay Rate
$22.00-$28.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Diesel Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) on diesel trucks and trailers, including inspections, oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire rotations
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on diesel-powered vehicles
- Troubleshoot and repair air brake and suspension systems, PTOs, pumps, and drive-line components
- Install, service, and maintain fuel and cargo systems, including valves and piping (MC331 knowledge is a plus)
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet DOT and company safety standards
Diesel Mechanic Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong knowledge of air brake and suspension systems.
- Knowledge of PMs, electrical systems, PTO, and pump/drive-line installation and repair
- Familiarity with MC331 cargo tanks, piping, and valves is a plus
- Must have own tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
