Automation Personnel Services is looking for a master multitasker Dispatcher for a position based in Geismar, LA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate operations, manage communication flow, and ensure efficient service delivery.

Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Dispatcher Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules
- Handle paperwork for state and federal DOT regulations
- Address customer and driver questions and issues
- Cross-train and support office tasks, including inventory and production entry
- Other office duties as needed
Dispatcher Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 2+ years of experience dispatching trucks or in a freight-related field
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
- SAP experience is a PLUS
- Microsoft Office and computer skills
