Automation Personnel Services is hiring Estimating Assistants in Haymarket, VA!

Requirements:
Excellent Computer Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Windows 7
Ability to multi-task, be well-organized, and have strong attention to detail
Experience in scheduling
Experience in quoting or estimating jobs preferred
Punctual
Reliable transportation

Blueprint experience a plus

Responsibilities Include
Purchasing / Inventory
Scheduling and maintain subcontractor schedules and invoicing
Quoting / pricing jobs for customers
Prospecting new customers / permits
Scan documents to create electronic files

Shift:
Monday-Friday 6AM-4:30PM
$14-$15 per hour

1 year minimum experience required

Feel free to walk-in Monday-Friday 9 AM- 4 PM for an interview
