Finishing Equipment Operator

Operate slitter equipment to meet production demands. Perform post processing, quality control checks and packaging functions in support of production activities.
Finishing Equipment Operator - Job Duties:
Set-up and run finishing equipment.
Change set-ups for different customers.
Set-up and operate finishing equipment efficiently with minimal errors.
Use EShip scanners and printers to ship products.
Help manage product from output trays and process them correctly.
Check the Work Order Management System (WOMS) for every job to understand job instructions.
Ensure area is adequately stocked.
Communicate job status at the end of each shift.
Oversee small kitting fulfillments.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, uses required PPE, and follows all safety rules and procedures.
May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.
Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.
Finishing Equipment Operator - Job Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must have at least one to two years related experience and/or training.
Must have strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate finishing equipment.
Stands up to 2/3 of the shift daily.
Uses hands and fingers to handle, and feel over 2/3 of the shift daily.
Reaches with hands and arms 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.
Lifts between 25 and 50 pounds 1/3 of the shift daily.
Pay Rate: $13.50 $15.00 an Hour / Depending on Experience
Shift Times: Monday Friday, 3: 30 PM to 12: 00 AM
