Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Forklift Operator for a t-shirt company based on Clements Ferry in Charleston, SC. In this role, you will operate both powered and non-powered equipment to efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse.

Pay Rate
$18.75 to $19.75 per hour

Schedule and Hours
1st shift: 6:00 am until 2:00 pm, 6:30 am until 2:30 pm
1st shift: 6:00 am until 2:00 pm, 6:30 am until 2:30 pm
2nd shift: 2:30 pm until 10:30 pm
3rd shift: 10:30 pm until 6:30 am
Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate various types of equipment, such as forklifts, walkies, reaches, pacers, crowns, clamps, high-reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Perform pallet picks, case picks, pallet building, and load cases onto and off of conveyors.
• Handle cases weighing over 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
• Ensure materials are moved and stored accurately according to operational guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended period.
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience operating forklifts, walkies, reaches, pacers, crowns, clamps, high-reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended period.
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience operating forklifts, walkies, reaches, pacers, crowns, clamps, high-reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
