Pay rate
$27.00 - $37.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Industrial Maintenance Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery equipment such as production printing machines, pad printing, screen printing, Autobag AccuCount, engines, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic, conveyor systems, and 1-5 color printing machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Identify problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
- Utilize test devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to ensure system safety and compatibility.
- Analyze maintenance data, review work orders, and collect data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Create and execute plans for preventative maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency.
- Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level.
- Keep detailed maintenance records. Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Execute established preventative maintenance programs and assist with new equipment installations and upgrades.
Industrial Maintenance Engineer Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Background in Locus Robotics and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA System)
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Skilled in repairing mechanical equipment, machinery, digital and robotic systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Comfortable with troubleshooting PCL and CPU.
- Analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
