BINDERY OPERATORS
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Bindery Operators for a client in Acworth, GA. In this role, you’ll be part of a long-term, growing print and finishing team operating modern bindery equipment. This company offers hands-on training, supportive supervisors, and opportunities to develop your mechanical skills.

Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday–Friday
Initial Training: First 3 weeks on 1st Shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
Bindery Operators Duties and Responsibilities
• Run bindery machines such as cutters, folders, stitchers, booklet makers, and binders
• Run bindery machines such as cutters, folders, stitchers, booklet makers, and binders
• Follow job instructions and paperwork accurately
• Check machines and jobs for problems and fix or report them
• Keep equipment clean and in good working order
• Record work done and report performance
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• Additional related job duties as assigned
Bindery Operators Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• High school diploma or GED
• Some machine operating experience required (bindery experience preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills; able to maintain/repair equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work overtime as assigned
• Drug screening and background check is required
