DIGITAL PRESS OPERATORS
Automation Personnel Services is hiring Digital Press Operators for a client in Acworth, GA. In this role you’ll run state-of-the-art HP presses and finishing equipment in a clean, modern facility. This role is ideal for those with digital press experience or machine operator looking to learn how to operate digital press machines.

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule and Hours
1st Shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, 4 days on (one 4-hour shift on the 4th day), 3 days off
Initial Training: First 3 weeks on 1st Shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm Mondays - Fridays)
Digital Press Operators Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain HP T240 Digital Press and Hunkeler PF7 finishing line
• Operate and maintain HP T240 Digital Press and Hunkeler PF7 finishing line
• Set up, thread, and change paper rolls; identify paper stock types
• Inspect printed materials for quality and follow job specifications
• Log production times and perform routine maintenance or troubleshoot issues
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate with supervisor about job progress or problems
• Additional related job duties as assigned
Digital Press Operators Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of machine operating experience (HP or digital press highly preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills; able to maintain/repair press
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work overtime as assigned
• Drug screening and background check is required
