Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Manufacturing Machine Operator for a company based in Spartanburg, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate and maintain production machinery, ensure product quality and contribute to efficient manufacturing processes.

$19.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Manufacturing Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines according to specifications, adjusting settings for speed, material feed, and alignment.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and report malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
• Closely follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.

Manufacturing Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous experience as a machine operator, assembler, or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
• Previous experience as a machine operator, assembler, or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
