Office Manager / Receptionist
Automation Personnel Services is seeking an Office Manager / Receptionist for a company located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to providing excellent administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Office Manager / Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities
• Implement procedures to ensure the office runs efficiently.
• Handle daily administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and answering phones.
• Take inventory of office supplies and order more as needed.
• Manage office budgets and expenses.
• Provide administrative support to employees and assist senior management with tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
• Maintain office security and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle collections and manage basic accounts receivable tasks.
• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with general office upkeep and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and guests.

• Previous office management or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer service demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
