Job Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Process Payroll Monday mornings meeting their deadline to get invoices
Complete invoicing reports and send with Invoices by deadline. Excel experience a MUST!
Oversee daily check ins and walk through at both facilities
Escort new employees to their department on their first day, introduce new associates to the Department supervisor.
Respond and send all termination emails
Performance management encouragement to our employees to meet daily and weekly production requirements and goals
Manage daily administrative tasks within company system to include, but not limited to: job orders, ending assignments, documenting attendance.
Maintain relationships with Client HR, Managers, Supervisors, Security and Employees
Attend Weekly Staff Development Meetings with Client Operations Managers
Maintain turnover data and complete monthly turnover report
Ensure all employees clock in and out accurately daily
Verify hours and pay discrepancies as needed
Supervise, mentor, and counsel Automation Associates
Document tardiness and absences of employees
Ensure all employee follow dress code policy
Ensure all employees adhere to workplace safety guidelines
Enforce the policies and procedures are followed by all temporary employees in regards to no cell phones, no smoking policy, call off procedures, etc.
Immediately report any occurrence of incident or injury to Corporate Office
Accompany injured employee to Doctor s office.
Responsible for completion of Personal Injury Paperwork by injured employee
Notify supervisors of any call out.
Takes calls from associates and supervisors after normal hours.
Liaison between Managers, Supervisors, Associates, and Spartanburg Office
Manage 150+ Employees
