Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidates will be responsible for assist with training and improvement of the on-site program.
Operations; reporting, safety and compliance.
Create a strong bond with all temporary associates, reinforcing the employer-associate relationship and their commitment to the client.
Function effectively in a fast-paced, multiple priority, and high volume environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
High level of self-motivation and sense of urgency.
Able to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and written) to all levels, both internally and externally
