Will be working with vendor partners, customers and multiple company teams.
Responsible for protecting and preserving client properties, providing follow-up to clients, maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring high-quality work and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
-Receive and review incoming work orders related to monthly maintenance of properties.
-Monitor vendors and projects for quality and completion.
-Establish, maintain and grow positive company and client relationships
Shift: Associate can choose 8: 00am-5: 00pm or 9: 00am-6: 00pm
-Must have experience in Project Management, Property Preservation, Vendor Management and Customer Service.
-Must have excellent communication skills.
-Must have strong computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
-Must be adaptable, flexible and able to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines, and be able to Multi-task.
