Production Assembler
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Production Assembler for a company based in Louisa, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal products and components using a variety of tools and machinery. The position involves hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Monday through Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30pm.
Production Assembler Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble and fabricate metal products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Position, align, and fasten parts according to assembly instructions.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Production Assembler Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools with accuracy and safety.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive movements, and tolerate various environmental conditions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
