Job Description: This individual accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. They will assist purchasing Manager with daily tasks, authorize payment for purchases by forwarding/ receiving documentation. Communicate with sales representatives and vendors and create purchasing orders. They will also be responsible for forwarding available inventory items by verifying stock: scheduling delivery and keeping information accessible by sorting and filing documents, and many other day to day tasks.
Shift: 7am 3:30pm, Monday Friday, overtime available
Pay Rate: Depends on experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Customer Service and vendor relationships
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Excel and Access)
Knowledge of Electrical Components and Parts (Especially Square D Products)
Knowledge of Fasteners as well as HVAC systems and parts
Manufacturing Methods and procedures
Manufacturing Quality including maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO)
Tracking Budget Expenses
