Selling Branch Manager
Automation Personnel Services seeks an experienced Selling Branch Manager to lead our branch in Knoxville, TN. In this role, your responsibilities will include cultivating your sales territory by nurturing existing client connections and acquiring new ones to boost business growth. You will serve as a representative of our company, establishing a reliable presence with our customers while upholding our core values and policies. Pay Rate
Potential to earn $100,000 plus in annual compensation. The position offers base pay with unlimited potential to earn a commission.

Selling Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve both personal and company-set sales targets.
• Regularly engage with current and potential customers, offering solutions as needed, and overseeing all sales activities within your designated territory.
• Lead a team of recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of open job orders.
• Submit regular reports on your sales activities through the company's CRM software and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all leads and customers.
• Strictly adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies to provide an authentic representation of the company to potential and existing customers.
• Execute your duties with efficiency, identify opportunities to reduce costs when possible, and keep records of all job-related expenses for submission to the accounting department.
• Collaborate with the accounts receivable department to ensure prompt and full payment of all invoices by your customers.

Selling Branch Manager Requirements and Qualifications
• 2-3 years of sales experience required; outside sales experience preferred.
• Staffing industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls.
• Comfortable giving sales presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
