Job Description
Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a company based in La Porte, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming items and products, working on a non-acclimated warehouse environment, and updating and maintaining inventory records using Oracle NetSuite software.
Pay Rate:
Starting pay $17 - $20/hr. [negotiable depending on experience]
Schedule and Hours:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
Shipping and Receiving Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming items and products.
- Prepare and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory records and update them using Oracle NetSuite software.
- Operate in a non-acclimated warehouse environment.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy items as required.
Shipping and Receiving Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years working with Oracle NetSuite software is required.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy items.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.
