What a Staffing Recruiter Will Do:
- Recruiting
- Applicant screening
- Interviewing
- Adequately judging quality of an applicant for correct placement
- Counseling employees
- Listening to and applying constructive criticism
You’ll Be Successful Because You Have:
- Great Customer Service
- Awesome communication skills
- Comfortable with computers. Be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
- Ability to think "outside of the box".
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
- Previous staffing experience a plus
- Prefer candidate with Inside Sales and/or Recruiting experience.

Things a Staffing Recruiter Should Know:
- Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40+ hours (including early mornings or late evenings when needed)
- Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed
