WELDING SUPERVISOR NIGHT SHIFT

Pay Rate
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6:00pm to 4:00 am (Must be available to work Saturdays as needed)

Welding Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of welders and welding technicians.
- Develop and implement welding procedures and standards to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and practices in the welding shop.
- Plan and schedule welding projects, including resource allocation and time management.
- Inspect and assess welds to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to welding staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain inventory of welding supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Prepare reports on shop performance, production metrics, and project status.
Welding Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Welding Shop Supervisor or similar role
- 5+ years of welding experience Mig, Tig, and Stick
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Experience with screw presses or related manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
